Marketing Manager (SaaS or PaaS product marketing)
Roles and Responsibilities
5 Years in SaaS or PaaS product marketing.
Content Strategy and Creation:
· Design and implement a robust content strategy to position FloTorch.ai as a leader in the PaaS space.
· Develop high-quality, inbound-focused content, including blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, and technical guides that address the needs of US-based buyers.
· Collaborate with product and technical teams to produce marketing assets, such as FAQs, feature overviews, and product demos tailored for potential inbound leads.
Inbound Marketing Management:
· Drive strategies that boost organic lead generation through SEO, social media engagement, and content syndication.
· Create and optimize landing pages, forms, and call-to-action (CTA) placements to maximize inbound lead conversions.
· Continuously nurture leads through email campaigns, drip workflows, and other automated marketing strategies.
Market Insights and Buyer Persona Development:
· Conduct research on target audiences, competitor activities, and market trends within the US PaaS and Generative AI sectors.
· Craft buyer personas that inform messaging and content strategy to attract relevant inbound leads.
Campaigns and Analytics:
· Manage multi-channel campaigns, ensuring all initiatives are designed to capture and nurture inbound interest.
· Analyze lead behavior and campaign performance, reporting on inbound traffic, conversion rates, and ROI with actionable recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
· Work with the Marketing Director to align marketing efforts with overall business goals for FloTorch.ai.
· Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless lead handoffs and feedback loops.
· Partner with external agencies and influencers to enhance inbound reach and brand credibility.
Qualifications Required
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
· 5+ years of experience in inbound marketing, content development, and digital campaigns, preferably for PaaS or SaaS products targeting the US market.
· Proven ability to generate and nurture inbound leads through content-driven strategies.
· Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and marketing automation tools.
· Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to distill complex topics into engaging content.
· Analytical mindset with experience in using tools like Google Analytics for performance tracking and reporting.
· Familiarity with Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation concepts is highly desirable.
